With a 40-year career in wood products industry manufacturing, facility management, public affairs, land acquisition and sales and real estate development, Kevin Boling is well-suited to guide the operations of Northwest Rural Properties.
Beginning with a B.S. Degree in Forest Management from the University of Idaho, his career has involved Senior-Level positions with Potlatch Corporation, Webster Industries, Forest Capital Partners LLC and Westslope Properties.
In 2011, Kevin established The Boling Company, a forestland investment firm dedicated to helping people and businesses buy, sell, trade and manage timberlands in the Pacific Northwest. In 2016, Kevin joined forces with the partners at Northwest Management, Inc. to established Northwest Rural Properties.
Kevin’s 40 years of forest management and timberland transaction experience will be an advantage for clients as the new company’s manager and Designated Broker.

Tera’s family homesteaded in Idaho shortly after the Civil War and she’s lived and worked on Idaho’s Camas Prairie her entire life. After stints as a ranch hand at an exclusive fly-in Guest Ranch and as a U.S. Forest Service back-country ranger, she joined Northwest Management, Inc. in 2003 as a timber cruiser and firefighter.
She has a B.S. in Forest Resources and Ecosystem Management from University of Idaho as well as an MBA from Norwich University in Corporate Finance and is a licensed real estate agent. Tera has extensive experience working with county governments, tribes and state & federal agencies on a wide variety of timberland, environmental and infrastructure projects.
As CEO of Northwest Rural Properties, she will apply this vast experience to helping clients buy, sell, trade and manage rural properties.
